This pecorino has a dense texture you can really sink your teeth into.

Produced Exclusively on the Island of Sardinia since the 18th century, Pecorino Sardo Maturo DOP is a semi hard cheese made only with milk from the pasture grazing of Sarda sheep.
Thanks to its inimitable taste, texture and technique handed down from one generation to another, it gained the Protected Designation of Origin, (the most important European recognition for foods).
Aged for a minimum of 60 days, this pecorino has a dense texture you can really sink your teeth into. You can taste the lush, meaty sheep’s milk, balanced by a lovely herbaceous note and delicate piquancy.
