Not your everyday goat cheese!

Goat Moliterno is slowly aged for 3 months to lend that crunchy sensation called “Grana” typical of aged cheese.
At first, it delivers a fairly acidic and pungent flavor that slowly mellows into a creamy finish that will convert even the most committed of goat cheese critics.
These layers of flavors find great harmony with a light bodied Hefeweizen to complement this incredible cheese.

  • Pasteurized Goat's Milk, Salt, Rennet. Surface Treated With Preservative Natamycin. Rind is not edible

  • Whole Wheels, Quarter Wheels, 7oz Wedge
