Bon Piccante Pork Chop

Ingredients for 4 people:

-4 Pork Chop                            

-14oz Bon Piccante                                    

-6oz Cooked Ham sliced                         

-2 Sage Leaves                                   

-Evo oil                                                 

-Salt                                                     

-Black Pepper

Preparation:

Season Pork Chop with salt and pepper

 

In a large skillet, heat extra virgin olive oil over medium heat

 

Add Pork Chop and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until the outside is golden brown.

 

In the meantime, preheat oven to 350 °F, place Pork Chop on a baking tray, add 3 leaves of sage, 3oz of cooked ham and 3oz of Bon Piccante.

 

Cook for 15 minutes, and serve hot
